Mid-level leadership roles within IT vertical A customer service focus with the ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English Very good sourcing skills with a sound understanding of Boolean searches Linked In creative recruiting tactics Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience Experience using Workday and Phenom is strongly preferred Problem Solving Min
