What You’ll Own
- Lead the Business Finance and FP&A; charter, including AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and sharper decision-making.
- Own business performance reviews across revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.
- Turn complex data into transparent insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and investments.
- Build robust MIS, dashboards, and scalable financial processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Business Finance and FP&A; team.
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong Business Finance and FP&A; experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or consumer businesses.
- Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
