-driven sales environment Prior exposure to international logistics or freight forwarding companies 3-5 years in sales preferably in sea freight logistics Experience with multinational freight forwarding companies preferred Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English Hindi and Bengali mandatory Self-driven and result-oriented High standard of compliance and integrity Collaborative and team-focused What s in it for you Work with a Global Leader
