The Role As our Linked In & Content Specialist, you 'll own Helo. Ai' s Linked In presence and the personal brand of our management and sales teams—and write the content that powers it. You 'll grow following,drive engagement, and turn our leaders ' expertise in to a steady,credible voice.

We ' re looking for a strong writer who understands Linked In deeply and knows how to build a following that turns in to real conversations and leads. What You'll Do Linked In Ownership (Company+Management+Sales)

- Own Linked In for the Helo. Ai page and for management and sales team members
- Grow following and drive engagement across profiles
- Reply to comments and spark conversations
- Track ICP (ideal customer profile) and tailor content to reach them
- Drive lead magnets and spot inbound requirements and opportunities Personal Branding




- Ghostwrite thought-leadership content for founders, leaders, and sales
- Build an authentic, consistent voice for each person
- Turn their ideas and expertise into a steady content flow Content Writing
- Write Linked In posts, social copy, case studies, website pages, and email content
- Interpret briefs and shape content for clarity and engagement
- Keep formatting and grammar clean Content Calendar
- Own and run the Linked In, social, and email content calendar
- Keep a consistent posting cadence against targets Stay Ahead
- Keep up with Linked In, social, and content trends, and bring fresh ideas Collaboration
- Work with the SEO specialist on blogs and search content
- Work with the graphics and video team on visual assets
- Coordinate with PR and leadership

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years in content writing, Linked In/social, or personal branding
- Solid writing and editing, especially short-form and Linked In
- Proven experience growing Linked In presence and engagement
- Comfort ghostwriting for leaders (preferred)
- Understanding of ICP targeting and lead magnets (a plus)
- Comfort using AI tools to work faster, keeping voice human
- A portfolio of Linked In / personal-branding work

Nice to have: experience in startups or with a founder's desk, or writing for tech / SaaS brands.
