Job Summary:

Experienced EDP & IT Support Engineer with expertise in Oracle Database, ERP applications, POS billing systems, retail software support, and IT infrastructure management. Skilled in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, troubleshooting business-critical applications, resolving day-to-day software bugs, supporting multi-branch retail operations, and ensuring uninterrupted business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Database Support

- Solid knowledge of Oracle Database (10g/11g/12c) and client connectivity.
- Develop and execute Oracle SQL queries for validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Work with SQL, PL/SQL, Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views, Indexes, and Cursors.
- Support Oracle Forms & Reports and coordinate with DBAs.

ERP & Retail Application Support

- Support ERP modules including Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Billing, Finance, and Stock.
- Resolve ERP issues and support master data and reports.

POS & Billing Support

- Maintain POS billing systems and troubleshoot billing, invoice, printer,



and payment issues.

Software Support & Bug Resolution

- Monitor daily software operations across branches.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day software bugs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Coordinate with developers to reproduce, test, and verify bug fixes.
- Use Oracle SQL to validate and correct application data.
- Support production deployments and minimize downtime.

Barcode & Branch IT Support

- Support barcode scanners, label printers, POS devices, and branch IT operations.
- Provide remote and onsite support for multiple retail branches.

Hardware, Network & System Administration

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Windows OS, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches.
- Manage user accounts, IT assets, documentation, and preventive maintenance.

Education / Qualification

- Experience : 1 - 2 years
- Oracle Database, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports
- ERP, POS Billing, Retail Operations
- Windows, Networking, Hardware Troubleshooting
- Barcode Systems, Remote Desktop, Microsoft Office
- Work timing : Night shift
