Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

- Plan and monitor daily production activities and manpower.
- Ensure proper pretreatment, powder/liquid painting process, curing and finish quality.
- Monitor paint consumption, film thickness and curing parameters.
- Reduce rejection, rework and line stoppages through problem solving.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams.
- Ensure 5S, PPE, safety and environmental compliance.
- Train operators and maintain shift production records.
- Optimize the processes and consumables consumption.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Production or relevant field.
- 4-8 years of experience in powder or liquid painting operations.
- Knowledge of pretreatment, spray techniques, curing ovens,



DFT measurement and paint defects.
- Should have experienced in Multicolor Painting in Batch Production.
- Valuable leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, quality tools and MS Excel preferred.
