About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead high-performing teams, and ensure seamless store operations while upholding the brand's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with HNI and luxury clientele.
- Ensure superior visual merchandising and maintain luxury retail standards.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage, and store audits.
- Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse,



and marketing teams for launches and promotions.
- Recruit, train, and develop store associates while driving employee engagement.
- Handle customer escalations professionally to ensure a premium shopping experience.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, or designer brands.
- Proven experience managing a retail store and leading large teams.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service and client relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Excel.
- Graduate degree (Fashion/Retail Management preferred).

Preferred Background: Experience with luxury fashion, couture, designer wear, or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
