- Experience in handling team of 1 to 8 Underwriters
- Underwrites mortgage loan applications and evaluates loans to maximize organizational profit and minimize risk or loss
- Closely monitor individual processing pipeline workload and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency
- Responsible for ensuring all documentation meets program and AUS requirements
- Reviews and validates income and asset documentation
- Reviews AUS findings
- Issues underwriting decision and notifications of transparent to close
- Reviews all credit documentation
