Job Description

We are looking for active and hardworking candidates across executive and managerial levels of experience for our Bengaluru field sales team. Your main goal is to find customers who need loans and help them get the money they need from our partner banks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market visits and area mapping to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, networking, and existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Auto Loans, and Machinery Loans.
- Collect and verify customer documents such as KYC, salary slips, income proofs, and bank statements.
- Coordinate with banks and customers to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on daily activities, lead status,



customer meetings, and sales performance, and submit required reports on time.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
