About the Company

Shanti Group is a diversified business group with operations across Power Generation, Mining, Renewable Energy (Solar), Carbon & Sustainability, Real Estate, Logistics, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Industrial Projects. We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant/Advocate to manage corporate legal affairs, litigation, compliance, and legal advisory across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, legal notices, lease deeds, EPC contracts, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, labour, property, mining, environmental, renewable energy, and regulatory matters.
- Handle litigation before courts, tribunals, arbitration forums, and government authorities.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Central and State laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land, property, business transactions, and commercial agreements.
- Manage legal risks and recommend preventive measures to safeguard the company's interests.
- Maintain legal documentation, case records, licenses, approvals,



and statutory registers.
- Support dispute resolution, arbitration, legal negotiations, and compliance audits.
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for legal and statutory matters.

Eligibility

- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- LL.M. (Preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate legal affairs and litigation.
- Experience in Power, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
