Job Summary

We’re looking for someone who loves meeting people, following up like a pro, and turning conversations into conversions. If closing deals excites you more than just “sending proposals,” you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:

- Connect with potential clients through field visits, calls, presentations, and meetings. Schedule calls with potential clients and effectively represent our business.
- Successfully pitch our value proposition and secure qualified meetings/demos.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build strong relationships while consistently meeting sales targets.
- Develop creative sales ideas and local outreach strategies.
- Maintain and expand our client database.
- Share weekly performance updates and insights with the team.

What we’re looking for:

- 3 years – 5 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Marketing
- Graduate or above
- Language Fluency: Must be highly proficient in English and Marathi. The ability to speak Hindi is a significant advantage.




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using basic tech tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email etc.)
- Self-driven, confident and goal-oriented
- Open to field work and client meetings

Role details:

- Type: Full-time, Field Sales
- Location: Pune
- Working days: 5 days a week
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Openings: 2 (Immediate)

Compensation:

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
