Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with robust interest in coordination and field work are welcome.
- Experienced candidates with a background as R&D; Trainers, Project Coordinators, or NGO experience are preferred.

- Smart, proactive, and passionate individuals
- Willingness to travel and interest in field-based work
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Hindi is required
