ASBIM Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Mumbai office. We are seeking immediate joiners who have strong expertise in BIM coordination, model management, and multidisciplinary collaboration using Autodesk tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Develop, review, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project execution plans.
- Manage project collaboration through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documentation and shop drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Monitor model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience working on Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure, or Data Center projects is preferred.
