ROI Mantra is looking to hire Social Advertising Specialist (Paid) for Noida Location.

Below is the job description:

Responsibilities:

- Must have in-depth knowledge of social media paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, youtube, Twitter, linkedin, etc.)
- Manage promotions, social ad campaigns and create social media strategy
- Analyse and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
- Measure and thoroughly analyse the impact of paid social campaigns and report back to the internal team and/or client on effectiveness and proposed optimizations
- Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media
- Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
- Manage budget line items for social media programs to ensure budget is being spent effectively and efficiently throughout the month





Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social paid marketing
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and/or graphic design skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter and digital advertising interfaces and building digital media plans.
- Rapid learner with an analytical mind-set to adapt to the evolving ecosystem.
- A strong understanding of digital content, communication and marketing principles

Candidate must have run lead generation campaigns and Ecommerce Conversion campaigns.
Agency background preferred.
