Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman with 8+ years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring all drafting works comply with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and interior working drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams for drawing updates and revisions.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction detailing.
- Ensure all drawings are issued within project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers.
- Support project execution teams by clarifying technical drawing details.
- Conduct site visits when required for measurements and coordination.




- Mentor and guide junior draftsmen and drafting trainees.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors for technical submissions and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and construction standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction drafting and detailing.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- MS Office
- Other drafting and visualization tools
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ and quantity estimation is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and technical coordination abilities.
- Leadership capability to handle drafting teams.
