Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery to ensure maximum uptime.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, repair equipment, and replace defective components.
- v Replace worn or damaged mechanical parts such as bearings, belts, couplings, and shafts.
- Good knowledge of CNC Machines , Conventional Machines and their mechanical maintenance, alignment, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with EOT Cranes, including mechanical components such as wire ropes, brakes, wheels, couplings, gearboxes, and limit switches.
- Maintain mechanical systems such as compressors, conveyors, motors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot recurring issues, and maintain maintenance records.
- Maintain housekeeping in the maintenance area and ensure proper use of tools.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Electrical Maintenance teams for spare parts, maintenance planning,



and continuous machine improvement.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting work.
- Hands-on experience with CNC Machines, Lathe Machines, Boring Machines, EOT Cranes, Goliath, and Industrial Heating Ovens.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in shaft alignment, machine assembly, and precision fitting.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
