Assistant Camp Coordinator

About the Role

Chinmaya International Foundation (CIF) is looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Camp Coordinator to support the planning, marketing, coordination, and execution of camps, retreats, workshops, and events. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless participant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate camps and events from start to finish.

Work with Marketing and Media teams to promote events and achieve registration targets.

Coordinate accommodation, and other logistics management.

Develop and execute marketing, outreach, and growth strategies to increase the number of camps and maximize participant registrations.

Assist with budgets,



documentation, and event reporting.

Supervise event operations and support team coordination.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Event Coordination, Event Management, Camp Management, Hospitality, or Project Coordination.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
