Key Responsibilities

- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students on course offerings, curriculum, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute admission drives.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversions.
- Provide a positive and qualified student experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- 1–3 years of experience in counseling, preferably in training institutes, academies, or skill-based education companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and guide students toward suitable programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
