We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Representative for our on-site operations in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role requiring hands-on management of the sales and developing strategies to drive market growth.

Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading sales initiatives. The Sales Representative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

Mandatory Requirements

2–5 years of rooftop solar sales experience (mandatory).

Robust technical knowledge of solar PV systems (mandatory).

Ability to conduct and guide technical site assessments.

Deep understanding of inverters, modules, structures, protections, subsidy, net metering, and installation workflow.(mandatory)

Qualifications





Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation & Closing leads, and Market Analysis

Strong Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills

Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar technology, is highly desirable

Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility to travel if required.

Pay: ₹14,198.11 - ₹57,010.08 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
