Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and qualification)

Eligibility

- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS (Registered Practitioner Preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
- Valid Medical Council Registration preferred
- Good clinical and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and inpatient care

Job Responsibilities

- Provide medical care to admitted patients.
- Attend emergency and casualty cases.
- Monitor patient condition and maintain treatment records.
- Conduct ward rounds and follow up on patient progress.
- Assist consultants during patient management and procedures.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, admission notes, and discharge summaries.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control,



and patient safety guidelines.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations. These are common responsibilities expected of RMOs in hospitals.
