HR Executive Experience: 4 - 7 Years

- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Experience in IT recruitment is mandatory
- Experience in Core HR Activities
- Current hire orientation with Inductions
- Responsible for managing end-to-end employee life cycle for the organization
- Recruitment, On-boarding/ Induction, Attendance Management, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, Training & Development, HR Policies and processes, Rewards and recognition, Culture, Diversity and inclusion, Exit Management
- Communicate with employees and business heads for better alignment on project allocations
- Handles dynamics at the workplace and help employees to overcome crisis situation
- Deals with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
- Ensures all company policies and procedures are up to date
- Following the ISMS norms, in terms of confidentiality and security of information, while handling the employee information
- Experience in the IT industry is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
