Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack PHP Developer with a strong background in building secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will work across the full technology stack, contribute to application security initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

- - Ensure application security by continuously assessing, identifying, and mitigating security risks in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify gaps in application security programs and recommend remediation strategies; actively facilitate their implementation.
- Document information security risks and propose effective mitigating controls.
- Implement, configure, and maintain security tools, frameworks, and features to address identified vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with technology, QA, and product teams to define security strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance throughout the SDLC.
- Perform regular audits and code reviews to detect potential security, performance, and scalability issues.
- Write clean, productive, and maintainable code; test and iterate code before and after production releases.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, while developing and integrating new features based on business requirements.




- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high availability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer, with a solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, including working with CMS platforms such as Drupal, Magento, Moodle, WordPress, Laravel or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including database design and optimization.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks following the MV* pattern, preferably AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially Git.
- Good understanding of web application architecture, RESTful services, and secure coding practices.

Nice to Have

- Experience in developing and consuming third-party APIs.
- Exposure to Web API development and integration.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, caching mechanisms, and deployment processes.
