Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-versed in PF, ESIC, and labour compliance, and comfortable handling day-to-day HR operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance calculations, filings, and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Assist in recruitment posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities
- Draft and manage HR communications and official emails
- Prepare HR reports and MIS using Excel / Advanced Excel
- Ensure timely compliance with labour laws and government regulations

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role




- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data sorting)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English
- Comfortable handling official emails and HR correspondence independently
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
