A reputed Multi-Specialty Hospital is looking for an experienced Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) who has strong expertise in OPD Management, Patient Counselling, Financial Counselling, Patient Coordination, Billing Support, Insurance Assistance, and Customer Relationship Management within the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy towards patients, and the ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, billing teams, insurance departments, and hospital management to ensure exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Relationship Management

- Handle complete patient relationship activities.
- Welcome and guide patients throughout their hospital journey.
- Maintain excellent patient satisfaction scores.
- Resolve patient complaints professionally.
- Build strong patient relationships.

OPD Management

- Coordinate OPD appointments.
- Manage patient flow.
- Ensure smooth doctor consultation schedules.
- Coordinate between doctors and patients.
- Reduce waiting time through efficient coordination.

Financial Counselling

- Explain treatment packages.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment estimates.
- Explain hospital charges and billing process.
- Coordinate payment collections.
- Assist patients in selecting suitable treatment packages.

Insurance & TPA Coordination

- Coordinate with TPA and insurance departments.
- Guide patients regarding cashless approvals.
- Support documentation process.
- Coordinate with billing and insurance teams.

Patient Counselling

- Counsel patients before admission.
- Explain treatment procedures.
- Address patient queries.
- Build confidence and trust.




- Ensure patient retention.

Admission Coordination

- Coordinate IP admissions.
- Assist in room allocation.
- Coordinate with nursing and doctors.
- Ensure hassle-free admission process.

Customer Service

- Deliver exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain skilled communication.
- Handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Ensure hospital service standards.

Documentation

- Maintain patient records.
- Update hospital software.
- Prepare reports.
- Maintain confidentiality.
