We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and build long-term relationships with companies seeking recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new clients through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into recruitment contracts.
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
- MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred

Experience

- 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Staffing Industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary

- ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
