Location: Remote (Pan India)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT positions
- Work on job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice
- Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline in ATS systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus
- Willingness to work in US shift
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
