You’ll join our Mumbai office as a Social Media Manager focused on digital and performance marketing. You’ll own campaign execution and shape content strategies that support hiring and talent platforms.

What you'll do

- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, from planning through optimization.
- Design and run performance marketing strategies to meet acquisition and engagement goals, tracking ROI and key metrics.
- Create and drive content plans specifically for hiring and talent platforms to attract and engage candidates as well as hiring managers.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare explicit reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase efficiency.

What we're looking for





- Proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing with measurable outcomes.
- Comfort working with metrics and translating data into actionable decisions.
- A proactive, take-charge attitude—you’ll be expected to work independently and move initiatives forward.
- Based in Mumbai and able to work from the office full time.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
