Looking for Purchase Assistant for manufacturing of Cosmetic Pacaging , Located at Vasai East

Experience : 3 to 10 years

Ø He should assist in purchase activities, mainly making P.O., follow up with stores for material inward as well as GRN updates.

Ø Communicate with production team and reminding for consumption and basis of their requirements.

Ø Weekly reporting on purchase register to the Purchase manager.

Ø Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.

Ø Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions

Ø Stock review and inputs up to every 15 days.

Ø Co – ordinate with stores on daily basis for getting updates on supplier invoices, GRN, Material issue.

Ø Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors.

Ø Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
