Flux Auto was founded in 2017 with the goal of democratizing autonomous vehicle technology and bringing its benefits to vehicles - current and old - around the world. We develop various hardware and software technologies to make vehicles move and operate autonomously. Responsibilities :

Project Coordination & Planning:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.

Scrum Facilitation:

- Assist teams in adopting Scrum practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth collaboration.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a bridge between project teams and leadership.




- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of Scrum principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
