Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor transport arrangement & fleet planning

- Establish procedure and workflows for consistency, efficiency and cost effectiveness

- Undertake regular evaluation of costs and services and recommend alternatives or improvements

- Manage transport matrix and provide reports

- Monthly transport budget planning & provisioning to the finance team

- Validating the invoices for payment processing

- Governance to safety & security parameter within the process

- Monitor the GPS operations for the fleet

- Internal | External communications wrt the logistics [escalations | resolutions | new requirements etc ]

- Additional transport arrangement planning to confront contingencies viz local trains issues / strikes / bands etc

- Maintain the MIS of the daily logs for comprehensive accountability of the vendor service delivery





- Monthly occupancy | resource utilization and comparison reports to Sr management

- Safety & security compliance wrt Vehicles | Drivers | Security escorts and data back up

- Weekly | periodic meetings with the team to discuss and mitigate any operational difficulties faced in execution of given task

- Monthly vendor meetings to discuss their respective performances Vs preset SLA parameters

- Ascertain penalties | punitive action to be levied/initiated against the vendor for any non-compliances

- Monthly driver training & briefing wrt the safety guidelines

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
