Job Overview
We are hiring a passionate and self-motivated Business Development Executive who is eager to grow in their career. This is a lead-based role (no field work) where the focus is on converting warm leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-provided leads (no cold calling or field visits)
- Communicate with customers via calls/WhatsApp
- Explain our scrapping process and benefits clearly
- Convert leads into successful deals
- Maintain basic follow-ups and customer records
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate and MBA preferred
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of phone handling & WhatsApp
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
