Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at projects at sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor work progress and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, reports, and incidents.
- Train and mentor site staff and workers.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
