A hospital accountant manages financial operations, monitors patient billing and insurance claims, and prepares accurate records for healthcare facilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, profit-loss statements, and monthly, quarterly, or annual financial closings.
- Billing and Revenue: Oversee patient billing, handle insurance and government scheme claims, and manage accounts receivable.
- Expense Management: Track accounts payable, execute vendor purchase orders, and monitor departmental spending.
- Payroll & Compensation: Calculate staff salaries, doctor payouts, incentives, and manage tax filings.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure alignment with local healthcare regulations, statutory taxation laws, and internal control policies
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
