Responsibilities:

- Drafting of legal agreements/documents for startup as well as for established business
- Providing advice on legal matter
- Review and vetting legal agreements/documents
- Monitoring implementation of the legal clauses.
- Conducting legal analysis and researching case studies
- Providing advice on Intellectual Property Rights & Matters
- Advising LW clients on getting mandatory documents (Legal)
- Help building the Legal documents library on our portal
- Require to work closely with team of Business Advisor

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience in Law field
- Solid analytical and research skills
- Strong in drafting legal Agreements
- Candidate from legal start – up or Firm worked for start – up will be given priority
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
- Ability work long hours when needed.

Language: English, Hindi and Gujarati
