About the Role
We are looking for smart and ambitious individuals who will be responsible for selling properties for our real estate business. As a Team Leader you will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. Along with this you will be responsible for (assigned) team of Sales Manager and Sales Executives, training them, setting up their monthly targets ensuring their sales. Requirements
- Experience with Real-estate Sales.
- Must have managed team of minimum 5 people.
- Robust interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local properties and geography.
Experience: 5 Years and more.
Languages: Hindi and English
