Experience - 15 to 20 yrs with at least 8 yrs working experience in Consultancy / Design Engineering / EPC Organization related to Refinery / Petrochemical Plant

Job Description - The incumbent shall be responsible for the entire Mechanical Engineering Department for both Static & Rotating equipment related design activities covering equipment specification, Cost Estimation, Design & equipment Layout, Updating design procedures, Identification of training needs, etc.
The candidates should be familiar with the industry norms, and International Codes and Standards specific to the field of working.
The candidate should have the requisite organizational ability to build the morale and motivation of his team towards achieving strict time deadlines and perform under pressure. Valuable experience in resources planning and management with proven track record of leadership and achievement is essential.
