Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
- Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate effectively
- Create and process purchase orders as per requirements
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid operational delays
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (stores, accounts, operations)
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
