We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, visiting industrial customers, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets across South Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit industrial customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through regular field visits and networking.
- Promote the company's automation and industrial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and internal sales teams for customer support.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Experience in field sales (industrial/B2B sales preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation,



and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automation, electrical, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Gujarat.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.

Qualification

- Any Graduate
- Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical)
- BE/B.Tech
- MBA (Marketing preferred)
