About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Retail Operations Executive to oversee promoter activities, conduct branch visits, monitor stock availability, and ensure smooth retail operations across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned retail outlets and branches regularly.
- Track promoter attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure promoters follow company guidelines and display products effectively.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Verify stock movement and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with branch managers, promoters, and the sales team.
- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure promotional materials and product displays are maintained properly.
- Support new promoter onboarding and provide operational guidance.





Required Skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Ability to travel frequently for branch visits.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail operations, field operations, consumer electronics, or promoter management is an added advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to travel and learn are encouraged to apply.
