Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students and explain our courses and career programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate quality leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Eligibility

- Graduate or pursuing final year (preferred).
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counseling, Customer Support, or Business Development is an added advantage.
