Your Mission

Drive Astr Defence's market expansion by developing a solid network of authorised licensed arms dealers and generating sustainable business growth in your assigned territory.

You will serve as the face of Astr Defence in your region and play a key role in building India's next-generation civilian firearms distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify and appoint new licensed arms dealers.

✔ Visit and develop relationships with dealers across your territory.

✔ Present Astr Defence products and dealership opportunities.

✔ Conduct dealer product demonstrations and business presentations.

✔ Assist dealers with onboarding and documentation.





✔ Support dealers in generating retail sales and customer enquiries.

✔ Coordinate dealer orders with Astr Defence.

✔ Conduct dealer training and product awareness sessions.

✔ Generate leads through local marketing initiatives and professional networking.

✔ Build relationships with shooting clubs, rifle associations and firearm communities.

✔ Collect competitor intelligence, customer feedback and market insights.

✔ Represent Astr Defence at exhibitions, trade events and industry forums.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for professionals with:

✔ 3–5+ years in Dealer Development, Channel Sales or Business Development.

✔ Experience in Automotive, Industrial Products, Engineering, Machinery, Premium Consumer Products, Defence or Security Equipment.

✔ Existing dealer/distributor network.

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Willingness to travel extensively (within approximately 300 km).

✔ Self-driven professionals who enjoy building businesses from the ground up.
