To ensure that all products are manufactured as per defined quality and food safety standards, maintaining consistency, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct in-process quality checks and final product inspections
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO)
- Maintain proper documentation of quality records and reports
- Handle and investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions
- Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices in the production area
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality-related issues
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits
- Train workers on quality standards, food safety, and hygiene practices
- Monitor usage of raw materials and ensure quality compliance

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology must
- 3–5 years of experience in food or pharma industry
