Job Title: Accountant (3–4 Years Experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
