We are hiring an Air Ticketing (Operations) Executive to manage end-to-end flight booking operations, ticket issuance, and post-booking support. The role focuses on handling airline reservations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth travel operations for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking confirmations and changes.
- Ensure accuracy in fare calculations, PNR creation, and ticket documentation.
- Manage post-booking operations including schedule changes and customer updates.
- Resolve operational issues related to bookings and travel itineraries.
- Maintain booking records and update internal systems/CRMs.
- Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare policies, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in air ticketing or travel operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under deadlines.
