Job Description :

- Conduct training to FLSP on analyzers

- Carry out demonstrations on products (instruments, reagents, and services)

- Troubleshoot both reagents and instruments problems

- Training to customers on our products and services

- Carry out refresher training periodically to Field staff /customers

- Joint working with field staff

- Carry out product promotion activities for reagents, controls

- Provide technical inputs to the sales team

- Follow the SOP for training protocols

- Collect training certificate in 1st week

- Evaluate training conducted with the customers

- Put efforts to covert demos into orders

- Giving customers ready reckon during trainings

- Spend quality time with customers to avoid frequent visits

- Provide feedback on quality complaints and facilitate for replacements

- Continuous learning and upgrade on product knowledge and features.
