Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai (On-site)
Shift Time: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Age Criteria: 18 – 40 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to manage day-to-day operations, client coordination, reporting, and internal workflows in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft skilled emails and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clients and external partners
- Track tasks, deadlines, and workflow updates
- Maintain CRM and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare MIS reports and structured analysis
- Support internal team coordination and process management

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, trackers, formulas)




- Ability to create reports and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using AI tools and productivity platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
