Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop innovative residential architectural concepts.
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and municipal submission drawings.
- Lead client meetings and translate client requirements into practical, aesthetic designs.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and execution as per drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architectural design.
- Proven experience in designing premium/luxury villas and residences.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion/Enscape, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
- Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to completion.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
