Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
PerpeX Insights LLP is hiring a Talent Acquisition Expert to lead recruitment for PlaceX, our staffing consultancy vertical. This is a leadership-track role for a recruitment qualified who can independently manage the full hiring cycle — from client requirements to candidate placement — and help scale our recruitment delivery.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support
- Build strong candidate pipelines using job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
- Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs and match the right candidates
- Screen and evaluate candidates before submitting to clients
- Track recruitment performance and report on hiring progress
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records
- Improve recruitment processes to speed up quality placements
- Take full ownership of hiring targets with minimal supervision
- Guide and support junior recruiters as the team grows





What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, staffing or consultancy background preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
- Proven record of successful end-to-end placements
- Confident working independently and owning results
- Prior team-lead or mentoring experience is a plus
