- Solid knowledge, understanding and practical experience in BIM; including project delivery using BIM
- Have a good understanding of the local & international BIM standards/ requirements
- Excellent communication skills to communicate and effect changes and improvements
- Responsible for BIM standards, templates & workflow process standards development, implementation, enforcement and adherence
- Create and implement a BIM QA/ QC process
- Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity
- Experience with challenging existing workflows and proposing alternatives that relate to ROI
- Ability to understand project scopes, budgets and communicate risk
- Understanding Employers Information Requirements (EIR) documentation
- Authoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Provide support for electronic file submission
- Train and oversee the day to day activities of the BIM team to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the model
- Assist on project work – modelling and detailing
- Assist project teams in BIM project set up
- Liaise with the Design and Engineering team/ consultants for technical support on projects as required
- Create Revit families in response to project needs
- Help resolve BIM design issues
- Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stay informed on best practices for use of BIM
- Perform Performance reviews and maintain non-conformance reports for your team
- Experience in a leadership role with responsibility for development for others
- Assist with up skilling of existing CAD, Engineering & Project management team
- Web, literature, interviews, presenting at relevant client focused conferences
- Involvement with industry organisations or user groups like AUGI, Autodesk university or other knowledge community
- Conduct sales and marketing related efforts including webinars, in-person presentations and conferences
- Have an ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and apply current skills brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and technologies
- Business Development and client relationship management.

- Key Skills: Revit (Arch, Struct & MEP), Sketchup, Dynamo & Naviswork.
- Experience: Min.6 years in Revit projects
- Qualification: Tech Civil / B. Arch / Mech
Knowledge of any 3D modelling soft wares is added advantage
