Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, CCTV systems, printers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related problems.
- Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install and update Windows, MS Office, antivirus,



and other business applications.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV camera systems and DVR/NVR devices.
- Support biometric attendance devices and access control systems.
- Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and system permissions.
- Perform data backup and recovery when required.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.
- Ensure system security and implement basic cybersecurity practices.
- Respond promptly to IT support requests and minimize system downtime.

Experience:

1–3 Years: Experience in IT support, networking, CCTV maintenance, and user support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
